The Philippine call center was established in June 2013 focusing in English services. With the maximum 200 seats, it is structured to be able to provide 24 hours services. Aside from English, Tagalog and Japanese services is also applicable.
Compared to Indians strong accent, Filipinos accent is much closer to Americans. Together with the warm hospitality Filipino culture it is possible to provide high quality English call center services. Moreover, Filipinos are native English speaker, it is always possible to do large scale operation with much less cost and time needed.
