Baumin Lee, PhD is an international expert in the call center and Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) field. After earning his doctorate in Industrial Engineering from Ohio State University, he served as a Member of the Technical Staff of Bell Labs, where he researched performance monitoring for AT&T’s 1-800 Services. Among other appointments, he is on the Instruction Committee of Contact Center Profession Standards attached to Ministry of Information Industry (MII). He received the appointment of Deputy Director of China Consumer Relationship Management Committee attached to Ministry of Information Industry , and he serves as a consultant to the China Consumer Relationship Management Research Center. Many of the leaders of the call center industry in China were trained by Baumin Lee, providing 95Teleweb with a birds eye view into the China call center industry state of the art.
