CEO-Baumin Lee

      Dr. Lee’s is American Call Center expert, graduated from the department of Industrial & System Engineering department of the Ohio State University, and received his doctor’s degree and Adjunct Professor from there. His career began as a member of technical staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories, from which he moved on to started his interested and enrichment career in the call center industry. Attributed to his achievements in the Greater China call center industry, Mr. Lee was honored as the commissioner of Expert Guiding Committee of the China Call Center Professional Career Standard; the deputy director of China Customer Relation Management Committee; Chief Auditor of the China Academy of Labor and Social Security of the Call Center Professional Job Standardization; special Expert advisor of China Federation of Informationization Promotion (CFIP) in the Department of Ministry of Information Industry (MII); Director of the Taiwan Call Center Development Association, and the technical adviser for Beijing City Non-emergency hotline call center..

      Dr. Lee also is the most popular guest speaker in many of the call center conferences such as “China E-commerce Conference”, “China International Informationization/Customer Relationship Management”, “China Outsourcing Summit”, “SCP User Group”, “China CRM Forum”, “China Information Industry CEO Summit”, “Comdex China”, “IIC Telemarketing Management Workshop”, ‘Taiwan Call Center Development Association Annual Meeting”, ‘China telecom Value Added Service Summit” etc. In addition, Dr. Lee has the most poplar call center expert column in the CTI-Forum Web site.      President-Liuhua

      Mr. Liu, graduated from the radio engineering department of Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications, now holding the post of president of 95teleweb Company. As a Telecommunication expert, he worked for Canada Nortel Company in 1990-1998 and acted as a senior engineer, regional manager and senior manager respectively who was in charge of the GSM system department. In 1998-2000 he joined the Alcatel Company France and acted as a senior manager who was in charge of the technology support and project management. During that time, Mr. Liu acquired lots of leading and managing experiences, as well as foreign training methods. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Liu took up the post of the Chief Operations Officer, vice president and substitutive president of 95teleweb Company respectively. After 2005, Mr. Liu was appointed as the president of 95teleweb Company who was on the whole charge of the company’s operations management. Under his leadership, 95teleweb grew rapidly and has become the leader of all the world-class call centers in Asia-Pacific areas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

     Managing Director-Renzhenduo

      Mr. Ren, graduated from the air force command academy and telecom engineering academy respectively, now holding the post of Managing Director of 95teleweb company. Mr. Ren was one of the earliest persons who carved out the way for a large Internet Service Provider set up in China for the first time, and one of the important founders of China’s first Internet Data Center. He also made significant contributions to the founding of 95teleweb company. Mr. Ren had ever served as a general manager and vice president of a big commercial network company and vice president of a telecom company. He had participated in variety of jobs, such as the company’s strategic recombination, inner management, outer relationships, legal affairs and basic constructions. Besides, Mr. Ren also worked as the director of the Internet society of China and the Beijing communication industry association respectively.
